Construction Administrative Assistant
First Liberty Homes

Job Description
The overall goal of this position is to perform a wide range of high level administrative and support tasks for the Project Managers, to handle the day-to-day data entry/accounting and serve as the main contact for the worksite.

The accountabilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Accountabilities/Functions
• Data entry & managing QuickBooks online.
• Running small office payroll through Gusto
• Bills, purchase orders, data entry, managing subcontractor information and working with Buildertrend program.
• Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors for meetings and on-site work.
• Managing finances and accounts payable
• Provide high-level, professional computer support, office assistance and customer service to internal and external constituent groups, including but not limited to answering telephones, taking accurate messages, filing, making copies, meeting, and room scheduling.
• Office supply management and coordination
• Meet with potential buyers for selection coordination at office
• Update website with pictures and content as directed (training available)
• Establish and maintain project files, databases, and other records.
• Schedule and coordinate regulatory inspections, project meetings, pre-proposal conferences, interviews, bid openings, etc.
• Performing other duties as assigned
Hours.
10am-2pm Monday-Friday $20-$28 per hour, paid holidays.
Position available immediately. Looking for set midday hours but this can be flexible prior to starting the job

Qualifications
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Proficient In QuickBooks
• Knowledge in Buildertrend preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational ability and attention to details capability
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of three (3) years of general administrative support experience required.
• Experience working for a construction firm or in a construction related industry strongly preferred
• Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree a plus.
Company Description
First Liberty Homes is a General Contractor for residential construction and reconstruction in Camden County, NJ. We build or remodel homes on speculation and sell them upon completion. Sometimes during construction, we will the list the projects for sale and finish these projects with a buyer in place. We are currently working on 3 multi-million-dollar mansions in Haddonfield, NJ.
Location
Haddonfield NJ, the first year of employment will be at the job location in a large work site office trailer. After 1 year we will move back to our permanent office location or possibly work remote.
