✅ A Supportive Community is Crucial: Patient buy-in is just as critical. When the team isn’t working well together, or something isn’t going according to plan —having a community that believes in you and supports you can help your team rally.

✅ Good Leadership is More Important Than Talent: You have a great producer. That’s awesome! But do you have a functional team without them? Does your team feel like you can create success regardless of that producer?

✅ Make a Plan and Follow It: Have goals. Create a realistic, specific, strategic, and consistent plan and watch how you reach those goals.

✅ Performance Matters More Than Clever Marketing: Catchy slogans, ads, and commercials don’t carry too much weight if you have a bad reputation or don’t provide a good experience. Nobody wants to tune in just to feel disappointed.

✅ Reaching Goals Require Teamwork: You can’t do it all. Your leadership team can’t even do it all. Everyone on your team matters to reach your goals. Supporting each other is the way you build up to the goal.

Mainly because it reminds me of my backyard! The brown bark of the trees, still green grass, and gloomy skies capture November where I'm from.
