Large Industrial Projects - Another completed.
L.S. Grim provided Electrical Engineering Services for Dickenson Farms, Hagerstown, MD. Building #1 is a one million SF shell and fit-out for Stanley-Black and Decker.
Building #2 is a completed 667,000 SF shell building (ready for fit-out).
We are active in this business sector- five new industrial buildings from 250k SF to 1 million SF in the last two years.

L.S. Grim prepared MEP Design for the Franklin, previously an Office Building being converted to Apartments, beside the Broad Axe in Hagerstown, MD.

Progress Update: "The Franklin" Building at 34 W. Franklin Street is undergoing a major update. From the street view, the progress is palpable, as this previously vacant office property is being transformed into 5 market-rate apartments and 2 commercial office spaces along the Hagerstown Cultural Trail. Developer, Cosner Business Services, LLC, has leveraged the Invest Hagerstown City-Center Redevelopment Grant as well as the Commercial Sign & Facade Grant to assist in funding this transformation. The units are flooded with natural light and boasts unique historic charm. Tenants will be able to enjoy fresh air from their outdoor deck off the back and convenient walking distance to Downtown Hagerstown events, restaurants, and retail options. Another terrific example of adaptive reuse of an historic building in beautiful downtown Hagerstown!

L.S. Grim Consulting Engineers is the Prime Consultant for Washington County Public Works and spearheaded the Comprehensive Modernization of the Course Club House. We thank BFM Architects who provided Architectural Services for the Modernization.

Construction is Complete on the Dutch's Daughter Addition in Frederick, MD. L.S. Grim Consulting Engineers was responsible for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design on the Newly Expanded Dutch's Dungeon just in time for the Holidays.
