Let me share with you a routine that I have been doing everyday to help strengthen and thicken my existing hair….

After last year going through the full thyroid removal and that after math, it was also found that I had PCOS. One of the side effects is male pattern baldness and hair thinning….NOT FUN!

So I had been doing some research and have been spraying this awesome hair supporting blend in twice a day:

-It is easy to have already given up on those lofty goals you set forth on 1/1/24, am I right?

But here’s the secret… that was simply motivation speaking. Let’s start with a shift of acting in the mindset of CONSISTENCY, while acknowledging that motivation is fleeting.

So here’s my challenge:

I am grateful for:
- Rosy cheeks: Because this means I spent time outdoors… I am beyond grateful for the snow and the time that it gave me with my family to be spent outdoors and enjoying nature!

-Tired 💪 muscles: Being able to shovel a driveway, build a snowman ⛄️ family, and truly be with my family and not be out of breath which hasn’t happened for a few years…

I have been on a decade journey of releasing layers of trauma, addressing facial tissue through myofacial release, and working on digging through the layers.

I have never once regretted coming here and have always gotten more from each session than what I have to bring….

This year is all about balance! While I enjoy a great fudgy brownie as much as the next chocolate 🍫 lover, I also really enjoy a hearty portion of REAL food 🍲

So this New year = new attitude towards salads (Anyone else struggle like me with salads???)

Let's say bye to boring traditional salads and kick them up a notch! Never in a million years would I have thought to pair fruit and spinach together, but I have to say this is a sweet and tangy salad that will tickle your taste buds!

☆Spinach, Pear, Walnut, and Feta Salad 🥗 with an Oily infused dressing:☆

SALAD: 🥗
Spinach- cut it up in strips to consume more
Pears- sliced

DRESSING:
2 T olive oil
1 1/2 T white wine vinegar
Touch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 drop Black Pepper Vitality EO
3 T minched red onion
1 T locally sourced honey

TOPPING:
-handful of raisins
-handful of feta cheese

DIRECTIONS:
-place spinach on the plate and top with pears
-whisk together all ingredients as listed in the dressing category
-drizzle on top of spinach
-sprinkle raisins and feta cheese as desired

GOALS —- everyone seems to be obsessed with them, but are you aligned enough to follow through, create an action plan, and make strides towards achieving them???

Today is Day 1 of 365 in 2024.

I thought about making a vision board…
I thought about meal planning…
I thought about exercising…

But I was obsessed with executing…
The actual follow through of the “growing list of things to do…” that plays in my mind.

Completing a task and seeing it all the way through from start to finish…. Now this is what was resonating with me!

I had no idea 🤷 what I was doing, but I was aligned enough to see the end results…

✔️ I learned how to rip out fake wood flooring
✔️ painted the entire bathroom a bright shade of sunshine called coconut 🥥 bliss
✔️ first experience removing a toilet
✔️ installed my first toilet

All of this is simply to say- don’t be afraid to dive right in in and start attacking your toilet-do list! Be aligned with your vision and outcome and the pieces will start to fall into place!

CHALLENGE : I was pumping out BELIEVE EO in my diffuser all day today… What is a goal you believe you can conquer this week, this month, or this year???

2023 is wrapping up quickly...so I'd like to take some time to chat about BALANCE and how I am choosing to approach 2024!

If you have been following along this page, you know that 2022 ended with a major surgery and 2023 left me picking up the pieces and adjusting.

Thank the good Lord above that I have found my stride again, but the most beautiful thing I learned in this process is BALANCE!!! Balance is what our society is lacking, but something that I want to instill on this page and community! I took this past year to find my balance, and it has been one of the greatest gifts I could have given myself and my family!!

So- some changes will be coming in 2024 to help infuse BALANCE in the choices that we make and the way we choose to spend our time...I think you'll like them!!

Let's take a quick peak below:
1- One QUALITY and MEANINGFUL in-person WORKSHOP a month
Purpose: Yes, I could pump out a workshop every two weeks, but that leaves one feeling overwhelmed and non-committal. Be empowered to set aside one day a month, join a community that is thirsty for learning, and leave empowered to make lasting changes for you and your family!

2- Zyto Scans offered monthly to provide a snapshot of your body
Purpose: Stop the cycle of seeking validation from other's opinions about what is going on in your body with simply completing 1 scan a month. This snapshot will provide you with the pieces that you need and give you a BALANCED insight on what is going on inside your body, so you can make INFORMED decisions regarding your wellness.

3- No more ONLINE WORKSHOPS
PURPOSE: There is power gathering in person! If you have ever been to my workshops, you know that the food alone is reason to come, the community is elevated, and you always have a seat at the table to learn and grow with others!

4- ONLINE workshops will now be spread out into daily posted content
PURPOSE: Maximize your time; consume information in a bite-size portion, while allowing you the rest of the day to APPLY this information being shared.

5- YL30 is CONVENTION and I'm taking my team to UT!!! Who wants to learn more details?!
PURPOSE: Let us celebrate together in July with the ultimate community gathering!! Tickets for this year's 30th Anniversary Celebration are the lowest price through the end of this year! Who wants to consider coming along and experiencing this milestone year together?

We here in the Oils Well That Ends Well Community are teaming up together for the event of this upcoming holiday season! You all have been asking for more soap making classes, so we are bringing you the biggest soap making party to date!

You ALL are invited to this epic soap making event. It is go to be a "free-form" class, meaning that all you have to do is show up and start making the soap. We'll be here to help guide you, but it is meant to be a grand time where we just enjoy each other's company and make some soap!

Take advantage of this perfect opportunity to stock up on your soap stash for stocking stuffers, holiday work parties, gifts for the neighbors, and of course your own stash! What is better than receiving some homemade soap that is made with the pristine essential oils on the planet?!!

So here are the details:
1.) You will be making 3lb. loaves of soap, which yield approximately 8 bars of soap.

2.) We supply the ingredients used to make the soaps.

Last week I unplugged and spent a glorious week at Long Beach Island with my family and parents making memories!

It was a wonderful week to unwind and recharge, except that one day the breeze from the bay shifted and came towards to the ocean…. You know what that meant, right?
