Chapter three, of the book I'm currently working on concerning the demonic I think will be the most helpful. It will practically and theologically end the debate of whether a Christian can be possessed by a demon. I am having a lot of fun writing this one. Excited to finish it.

The ministry of priesthood requires that your heart truly be tied to the Lord. If your heart loves any form of ministry more than His presence, you do not understand priesthood.

When you lower your standards, you give up your leadership authority. And often, the person you lowered your standards for begins to dislike you even more. Keep your standards!

A clear sign of spiritual immaturity is when a person cannot sustain a robust and regular prayer life. If ministry is a replacement of prayer or prayer feels like a chore, you have missed the mark. If your ministry has become more important than secret time with God, then your ministry is idolatrous--repent and follow God again.

As a leader you are being watched by those who follow you and those that want to sabotage you. Discern the difference quickly so you do not waste time.

In the Bible "Church hurt" would be called unforgiveness. And unforgiveness is a sin. "Church hurt" doesn't give people a right to gossip and slander God's house. Repent of your sins. This is a trick of the Devil.
