It’s been a while since we’ve done all white rails and man does it make that Deckorators voyage costa and khaya pop! It’s hard not to love the 7-1/2” picture frame with the 3-1/2” inlay. For footings we went with Goliathtech NH helicals with 6x6 notched post carrying a PWT lvl beam and fastenmasterpro icon joists!
To top it off every part of this deck is covered by a 25yr or more warranty!

(The 4’ rail section will be the location of a future stair case down to an above ground pool deck)

Another Pool Deck down! Main deck is getting replaced next year! Deckorators vista decking and black contemporary rails! At first I wasn’t into the stairs and walkway from main deck but I really like the concept now that it’s complete! Still plenty of time to get those decks done this year! Reach out for a quote!

We added this 8x32 deck extension from customers existing deck to the back of house. Now they have plenty of room for entertaining and they also now have access to the rear slider off their living space that they previously couldn’t use. We also added a simple rolling gate (our first rolling gate). The customers are already enjoying the new space!

Deckorators Silverwood composite Ruth the deckorators black contemporary cable rails. This project also had FastenMaster icon screw joist and trexcompany rain escapes system. Previous deck had a storage room under it so we utilized the existing foundation and reframed a dry storage space under the deck and sided it to match the house! Customer works for a door company so they will be installing the doors themselves! 💪

This is why we take our time ensuring the flashing/waterproofing is done properly!

Got to install this zip up under deck drainage/ceiling system today as well as wrapping the pots and beam. This is a great solution for customers that hav an existing deck they want to have dry space under. Start to finish in 1 day! Now it’s time for the customer to enjoy it this holiday weekend! I know I want the putting green as well (can’t believe I didn’t grab the putter from truck today)

Nice way to kickoff deck season! This large pool deck with Fiberon chai decking and fairway railings to match the existing house decks! The back yard is fenced in with self closing lockable gates but the customer is undecided on pool gate so we left bottom posts on stairs tall enough for gate and latch till they decide!

We have some new privacy walls available! We can’t wait to get these installed on some decks
