Twenty-nine years ago today!

Our anniversary is coming up, so my wife told me that she would be happy as long as I get her something with a lot of diamonds in it.

As I rest and recuperate from some minor dermatology procedures that I had done on Friday, I've been praying and asking God about what He wants me to write about next. Well, He has answered. Oh, He has definitely answered. All I can say at this point is that this will NOT be an easy project and it is definitely NOT what I had planned. However, He has shown me that it will be one that can be used to minister to others.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Ladies, please make sure that you take time to take care of yourself. If you don't, you will not be able to successfully take care of others. Also, make sure that you spend time with those you care about and love because you never know what tomorrow will bring.

Well, today is my Get Out of Jail Free, with a mask on, Day. I'm feeling fine. I'm not sure what my plans are yet. I do know that I will be attending church online instead of in person.

I'm feeling better but I am still tired.

Fall has DEFINITELY ARRIVED in Pennsylvania. So, after cleaning one bathroom, I will be snuggled underneath a warm blanket while enjoying some warm water and reading a good book.

Good morning ladies!

Well, I'm up, dressed and have had breakfast. It's time for a break. I'm feeling much better but I get tired easily and need many catnaps during the day.

Fall has definitely arrived here in Pennsylvania. So, I'll be snuggled underneath a blanket as I finish up my first term paper for the semester today.

Update

I'm up.
I've taken a shower and gotten dressed.
I've had a sneezing fit and coughed a bit.
My O2 level is 96.
Yes, I'm tired and resting while my sweetheart fixes breakfast

What will I do after breakfast? I'll probably take another break, make some phone calls and then work on my paper. I definitely won't be breaking any speed records but I WILL be getting things accomplished.

I'm sorry that I haven't posted lately. It's been a little crazy.

Ladies,

I'd like to take a moment to remind you to take care of yourselves as well as advocate for yourselves. Why am I posting this AGAIN!?! Well, let me share this story with you.

On Tuesday I went to see my P*P because my sinuses had been giving me a fit for a couple of days and I was to have a dermatology appointment on Wednesday. Well, while I was there I got a COVID test never thinking that it would come back positive. Well, guess what? You got it!

Now, here's where it gets interesting. I've been given DIFFERENT information by different sources. The state told me that I can go back out in public TODAY as long as I wear a mask. My doc is telling me that I can go out Sunday as long as I where a mask. However, the email I received when I got my results said that I needed to quarantine for TEN days!!!!

So, what am I going to do? First off, I'm going to take care of me. While I do not feel bad, I am tired. Also, my husband who lives with an autoimmune disorder has tested positive as well, so I need to take his needs into consideration. Therefore, at this point, I'm staying HOME and studying. I will ease myself back into things as my body allows.

I would also like to share that I am not simply staying in bed. No, that is NOT healthy. I am getting up getting dressed and moving around.

Why am I sharing this? Ladies it's simple. You WON'T BE ABLE to successfully take care of others until YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!
