First and foremost I would like to thank everyone for liking this page appreciate the love but I will be deleting this page and creating a new one on my personal fb page Corey Bonner (Cbo). I will be rebranding so I hope to see everyone following. Each day I will be sharing a body weight exercise to help guide anyone into a healthier life style. I will be open for discussion, likes, shares anything you would like to talk about, vent or whatever thoughts or questions you have for that day. You will also have a journey ride with me as I go through my Certified Professional Trainer life. 3 weeks in so it should be a blast to let you guys and gals experience what it's like and what it takes to become Certified.
