Smoked salmon salad with grapeseed oil. Grapseed has good benefits for our health and for our skin. It reduces insulin resistance, helps with weight loss, it's full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, it moisturizes the skin and helps control acne. I use it in both food and skin care. Having greens for dinner is always a healthy choice!
My kids don't eat eggs for breakfast. But they love French toast and pancakes. So I had to come up with a twist to make it a little healthier and fun. Added chia seeds for more proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, and vitamin B12, calcium, fiber, and other minerals. Also added shredded coconut, cinnamon, and nutmeg for fun. I recommend trying!
Yummy French toast with whole grwin bread, shredded coconut, chai seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, browned with macadamia oil spray, garnished with pure maple syrup, butter, and sprinkles of cinnamon.
Steamed red snapper with seared shrimp on the side.
Pancakes made of coconut flour, almond flour, chia seeds, eggs, olive oil, milk, a little bit of regular Pancakes mix.
Sunday brunch. Saute beet leaves, eggs with bell peppers, chicken sausage, whole grain bread.
Diverse colors are even better in food.
