It’s time for yoga on the farm again! Class starts at 10:00 am every Saturday running till the end of October. Blissful will be teaching august 5th & 19th, Sept 16th & 23rd, and October 7th! It’s time for Restorative Yoga AND Reiki!! Sundays are the perfect days to build in rituals of self care. While it’s temping to thinking of Restorative yoga as just napping, in reality its SO much more. Restorative yoga brings deep healing for the soft tissue in the body. Combine this with Reiki and it’s a powerful hour!!

Are mudras a part of your yoga practice? This beautiful mudra has been on repeat the last few weeks…it’s always so intersecting how you can feel the need for a certain mudra wrapping up as you’ve successfully move through the challenges in life.

Everywhere I travel, the Stones do too. It’s been a beautiful summer so far, working daily with the elders and allowing their grounding healing energy in.

Happy Summer Solstice everyone! Here at Blissful Healing Arts, we were hand harvesting our Spanish lavender to be used for future salves, tinctures and most exciting to me personally, lavender flower essences! This essence promises to bring DEEP awareness, presence and peace.
