Starting tomorrow Health Yeah LLC will be doing 27 Days (1hr per day) of Cardio and Strength NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!! These are workouts you can do right from your home, our CEO Corrine also known as Reaux thee Trainer will be posting videos and alternative workouts you can do to stick it out with us! Make sure you are hydrated and prepared, feel free to jump on board at anytime during the challenge to join us. Check out the agenda on our below! Did you know that weight loss, weight gain, and maintanence strongly depends on your body type? Yes sir yes ma'am it does! First of all what is a body type? A body type long story short is a 3 part category that describes your muscle to fat content. The 3 parts are
● Mesomorph- lean/well balanced "hourglass" bodies
● Ectomorph - thinner/skinnier "rectangular" bodies
● Endomorph- round "oval/Pears" and heavier bodies
Personally I am an Endomorph meaning I have higher muscle, and fat content which also means I have a slow metabolism and I need ALOT of fats and protein to maintain my body. Now everyone isn't just 1 category but instead a combination of the two, and finding out which one you are can launch you into your goals and creating the right nutrition plan, workout plan, and recovery strategy for your health.

Whew! Who says working out isn't fun?! I definitely had a great time meeting my cardio workout goals:
Walk 5 miles✅️
Step Aerobics (20mins)✅️
Stair suicides (5 laps intense 3 wind down laps) ✅️
Now I'm not telling you to do what I did, my stamina has increased so my capacity has as well.
If you are new to exercise or returning to it, a great place to start any of these goals is small 1/2 - 1 or 2miles/day or every other day
2 laps of stairs 1-2 floor lvls
5 mins (about 2 full songs) of step aerobics.
Remember the first goal isn't to go crazy, the first goal is to START and then have alot of fun! Here's a clip of a challenge I'll post about soon where I'll be strengthening my glutes to the max! For a week it's called can you guess how it works? Stay tuned for the details tomorrow 😁🙌🏾

When you work out and it's super intense 🥵 that's when your body burns the most carbs! Workouts like H.I.I.T, speed walking, running, even hiking (my favorite 😍) all qualify as intense and just 30mins of it can burn a few extra ice creams (or excuse you to eat some) and just doing it 2-3x a week can improve as well as give you results you will love 🥰😍 just keep hydrated before, during, AND after for positive recovery 😁🙌🏾
BTW what's your favorite summer food? Mines is definitely ice cream and milkshakes 😋 YUM! 🍦🍧🍨
Breakfast anyone? My very own recipe 😍😋 (Eggs mixed with oregano, lemon pepper, chopped bellpeppers, topped off with cheese and blue agave hot sauce. Accompanied by vanilla light greek yogurt and turkey bacon 4pcs) man I'm drooling! Who says healthy can't be delicious AND filling? Under 500calories too 😍😤 Health Yeah let's eat!

What's the difference between the left, the right and center? 30lbs down and stamina 😝😝 we love our healthy curvy/thick bbws! Healthy DOESNT mean skinny, it means being at YOUR best the exact way your body was designed to be. Health Yeah! LLC is all about being healthy exactly where you are being exactly how you want to be curvy, swervy, wavy, and don't be shady! We all have a healthy lifestyle within us no push ups required!
