The time has come to nominate a Phenomenal Woman In Business! A nomination itself is a great form of recognition. We will honor and celebrate the most influential women at the 2022 Phenomenal Women In Business Gala & Award Ceremony.

Do you know any phenomenal women in your community that could use some recognition and appreciation? We all know them, the everyday heroes from all different paths of life, who quietly go about making the world a better place. We can bet this email and post has reached one of them one right now!

Nominations are free and can be accepted until June 1st, 2022 at midnight. Nominate as many phenomenal women as you can.

This year we are doing this award ceremony not only for the Phenomenal Women In Business, but for our brave, frontline and healthcare workers as well. All phenomenal women are eligible as long as they are doing something that phenomenally inspires others.

Elicka Stokes, born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. She started her healing journey in 2016 and seek a life coach, it was then when she noticed who she truly was after years of trauma. As a child she always felt she had a deeper connection to life, people, and it’s purposes. It wasn’t until she finished her life coaching sessions that she learned she’s an empath. She then became into her solitude and began to learn more about honest self, life, and spirituality. It was then she realized her purpose in life was to help guide others to their healing as well. In August of 2020, she became a certified Life Coach after attending Pynk online classes.

Prior to being Life Coach Elicka, she is also the VP of operations for non profit Ladies of Lotus. Which mean Liberating Ourselves Through Uplifting Others.
So often people will allow their minds to manipulate them into thinking they're too small, or not enough to be that change others, the community, and the world need. And to them she say, “then you must have never been in bed with a mosquito. There's no greater happiness than to know you have created a memory by giving back to those who think they're invisible in a world full of people”. A LOTUS. flower will bloom even in a muddy pond, to bring light, beauty, purity, and show strength while still being rooted in the mud. Giving back to the community is more than just help, it's making others feel protected. She is also a fashion designer and the owner of HonestE House of Fashion, where she design and advocate for plus (Queen) size women. After graduating from Rising Tide Capital Business Academy she opened my first business establishment and then became the designer and stylist to First Lady of East Orange, New Jersey, June Green. She had organized numerous fund raisers, donations, and hands on work for disasters around the country from Hurricane Sandy in NJ, Flint, Michigan water crisis, teamed with Mets player Hector Santiago for the Hurricane Maria crisis, and more. She create and organize a prom giveaway to a young lady deserving of it for the school year. Giving back and helping others isn’t a hobby, nor a job, it’s her purpose as a human being. She’s just a devoted mom of 2, a friend, sister, daughter, and loved one whose mission is to help others navigate through this thing called life with “HonestE Healing”.

Cordea Holness Reid born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She migrated to the U.S in 1995.

She is a Women of God, Mother of four, Wife, Domestic Abuse Survivor, Award winning Inspirational / Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, Author and Writing Coach.
