Nice lawn instal this week. Wish I would’ve taken more photos after straw. Hill is very steep. It was a fun project.

Been so busy haven’t had time to post. Here’s a project we did a few weeks ago. The lawn was very patchy. The customer has been struggling getting grass to get established. I was the fourth person to make a go over it. We brought in nutrient rich screened topsoil and did a healthy top dressing. We then applied a high quality seed for their soil type. Then applied a great start fertilizer with w**d control to help minimize w**ds to allow the grass to get established. It’s filling in very well. The heavy rains did cause a few small spots we will go back and touch up later. But they have way more grass than the last three attempts.

This was a fun project. Customer had issues with his lawn being very rough and patchy. They didn’t want to start over so we came up with a plan to help save them money. Brought in soil to fill the low spots and seeded it very well. Yard is smooth and ready for water. Will get photos when the grass pops up. We used a premium grass seed that when it matures is very dark blue green. It’s going to look great.

Hers one of the many houses we washed this week. It’s been a crazy schedule packed season so far. I will need to make time to take more photos.

Got a call this week from a contractor who had equipment failure and leaked oil on a customers driveway. They called right away and we got to work right away. With some work we were able to get it looking back like it never happened. Took care of the contractor and ensured they kept a solid relationship with their customer.

Here’s a few gardens we got tilled today. It been a crazy busy season so far.

Happy Veterans Day to all the veterans out there. Proud of everyone of you brothers and sisters who signed on the line offering up the ultimate sacrifices.

A quick little grading job and spreading topsoil for a customer. They are going to seed and straw it themselves. Just needed some help getting it smoothed and dirt spread before the rain coming in.

Got a few houses washed this week as well. Still plenty of time to get your home cleaned. While we were cleaning a home the neighbor asked if we could wash theirs while we were there. Of course we can(yellow home).

Another new lawn installation. Customer wanted to do beds and a few other projects so we came in leveled brought in topsoil, trenched a few gutters and sump pump, seeded, fertilizer, and then straw.

Another lawn install. 1.5 acres of lawn installed. This one was challenging. Tons of rocks to deal with. Created a rock wall to ease the site of a berm the developer had placed. Land services came in to help out for a few days. Definitely appreciate the hand. A lot of yard and tons of trees to work around.

Got called to assist another great Landscaping company, Advance Lawn service. As they had equipment tied up on other jobs we came in to help with the installation of a 110’ of French drain and did some regrading to help eliminate water pooling up on the property.

Buried a downspout to redirect water. Installed a French drain to help eliminate water from going to a back patio. While we were there we updated a flower bed and added a new one around the customers flag pole. Using outcropping to help accent and as steps. Crushed granite for a nice low maintenance. Had Creative Curbs come in and do some really nice stamped edging.

This weekend Hartford got hit pretty good with some strong winds. I was asked by a respectable Landscaping company, Advance Lawn Service, to assist them with cleaning up some storm damage at one of their customers property with them. Got to wash this place today. The transformation is pretty incredible. After that the customer asked if I could wash their corn planter. So we hit that too.

Anyone interested in having tall grown or overgrown lawn woods etc cut down? I’ve been wanting to add this service for my customers. Just seeing how much interest there is. Cutting down for trails or to minimize rodents and fire breaks etc.
