Hartselle QB Club

We are starting our invitation to join and invest in the Hartselle QB club. It is $100 for a single parent, and $150 for a married couple. In return you will receive a car sticker, and an invitation to the season kickoff steak supper on Thur. 8/15 at the Hartselle Camp Meeting dining hall. All the proceeds go directly to the support of the Hartselle High football program. Payment can be made by hard check to the Hartselle QB club, or cash, or Venmo, or on the school "My School Bucks" web site. Respond here and someone will contact you. Thanks so much!!

The Hartselle Sports network for the 2024-25 school year is still accepting advertisers. We have different packages available for the high school games to be broadcast on the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) network. Respond here if interested, and David Evans will contact you at your place of business. thanks!!

No QB club meeting this month on the second Tuesday of the month (7/9/24). Next meeting will be Tues. 8/13. We will send a reminder in early August and a revised date if needed.
At the next meeting we will mainly discuss parking support for the 6 home games, and also the pre-season QB club paid-member steak supper that is tentatively scheduled for Thur. 8/15.
Also......we will be sending out information soon to start our paid membership drive, so be looking for that. thanks!!

We still have some corn available for purchase from the quarterback club. Please contact Tom Sparks or Tim Witt or David Evans or Mariann Parker or coach Bert Newton on Friday if you want to come pick it up at the athletic facility. After today we will take it to the farmers market, and get rid of the rest of it on Saturday. Thank you!

The football team had a great corn pic this morning. We will be selling at the football facility today from now until it is gone. $40 for a bag of at least 60 ears. $8 for a dozen. Come and get it. Cash or check. No credit cards.  call a football player and buy from them if you cannot come pick it up today. 

The QB club and the Hartselle High school football program are doing our annual corn sale, and the harvest is coming in on Wed. 6/19 this week. The boys will pick in the morning, and all the corn will be bagged and ready for delivery and pickup at the football facility from noon - 1PM. It is $40 per bag, and each bag will have at least 60 ears of locally grown Obession2 corn.
Contact your favorite football player for sales. They can accept cash, or check made out to Hartselle QB club. No credit cards.

Reminder here....we have a QB club meeting tonight (Monday 6/10) at 6PM in the team room at the high school athletic facility. All parents of players and other supporters are invited and encouraged to attend. We will try to be finished by 6:30.

Next QB club meeting is Mon. June 10, at 6PM at the athletic facility team room. Everyone is invited, especially parents of the current players. The main thing we need to discuss is the corn sale fundraiser happening at the end of June.

The Hartselle spring football game vs. Buckhorn will be Monday, 5/13 at J.P. Cain stadium. Game time is 6PM. The band will have the concession stand open so support them. Fee at the gate is $5, and can be paid with cash or GoFan app. Parking is $5 cash per car, and no reserved parking spots. No reserved seating. If you cannot attend in person, it will be broadcast on the NFHS network.

The quarterback club is doing a fundraiser for the football program. We are selling steak plates for $25. It will be a very good steak, and baked potato, and dessert. The date is Thursday, April 18, and pick up is at the high school athletic facility from 5 a 6pm. We also are cooking for businesses at lunch that day. QB club.......Our normal scheduled meeting date is the second Tuesday of each month. However, we will NOT meet on 2/13. Our next QB club meeting will be on Tues. 2/20 at 6PM at the field house team room. We mainly need to plan for the steak plate cook that will happen on 4/18. We also will get comments from Coach Newton on what is happening with the team for off season workouts, and what will be happening for the rest of this school year. All parents and others interested in the football program are invited and encouraged to attend. We hope to see many of you there. (I will send out another reminder on Monday next week)
