What most people don't know about small businesses!

These are things I have to pay, broken down. After all's said and done, I'm left with a small percentage of my bookings. Please keep in mind that the next time you need a photographer, this is why we charge as much as we do.

Here are some expenses:
• Annual franchise taxes
• Annual federal taxes
•A CPA to file business info for us to the state + file those taxes
• Monthly fees for booking site, gallery site, and multiple professional editing programs.
• New camera equipment, SD cards etc.
• Prop storage building
• All financial apps take some sort of percentage of our booking fee.
• High end professional presets, editing brushes & AI tools to make your photos look gorgeous
• I spend many hours behind the scenes editing galleries and studying everything photography and practicing skills
+ more for special bookings, such as newborn and cake smash props and equipment, which is NOT cheap!!

I appreciate every one of you who has supported my small business one way or another! 💕

I will be increasing my prices and I still hope to have the same level of support❤️ This is effective immediately. Don’t forget, I still also offer Afterpay if you’d like to book and do 4 split payments! This is a wonderful way for me to help my customers out financially.
