Jane Fleming Kleeb is an experienced grassroots organizer, author, manager, political strategist, and nonprofit entrepreneur.
In her work, Jane protects property rights while building an engaged base of citizens who care about the land and water. Jane Kleeb is the Nebraska Democratic Party Chair. She is President and Founder of the Bold Alliance a network of rural states and communities working to protect the land and water. Rolling Stone dubbed her the "Keystone Killer" and Rep. Ellison has called her the "original Pipeline Fighter."

Bold is known as a pipeline fighting group. We are proud of the landowners we've worked with over the last 15 years to ensure their land and property rights are protected. We work to protect the land and water while making sure the people whose land is used for energy projects are prioritized--in a first of its kind Community Benefit and royalty agreement, we believe this sets a standard for ANY energy infrastructure. Tallgrass is an existing pipeline that will be creating new laterals on a CO2 project. Our state has NO laws to protect landowners and so Bold stepped in and sought an agreement of critical items like first responder equipement, yearly community awareness mailings, decommissioing, landowner royality payments and funds for the community to decide how to spend. We are STILL fighting the Summit carbon pipeline which is entriely NEW pipeline infrastructure.
