The Lady Hornets went 5-1 in the Nacogdoches Blues Brothers Tournament!
Junior Dashia Richards hit her first bomb of the season today v Joaquin. 🥎 💥
Couldn’t be more proud of these girls. They worked hard this weekend after losing their first game to West Sabine, they fought back not allowing another loss for the remainder of the tournament. Big thanks to Coach Perry for bringing his A game and our new slogan….. Yeeeaaayussss!!!
We will face West Sabine again Tuesday at home.
Come pack the stands Sabine County and cheer on your Lady Hornets and Lady Tigers.

Sam Allman came out with her first homer of the season adding two runs to the board.

Today we woke up to the somber news of the passing of our extremely loved campus police officer, Mr. Hanks.
The Lady Hornets defeated Garrison today 10-1 for him!!
My heart hurts knowing he won’t meet me on campus every Monday with a “Well Coach Noble you gotta get those girls in the cage and don’t let up,” Pep talks and every Friday for game day updates and outlooks. He was truly loved by all of our students and staff on campus. He had our backs and always had a joke ready when he walked in the room. He will be missed greatly.
We are planning on keeping the wins rolling for him this season… we all knew his favorite sport was softball 💔

Lady Hornets defeated 5A Marshall high school this morning in the Carthage Tournament 10-4.
We will play the winner of Elysian Fields and Union a grove at 4:30.

Hemphill Lady Hornets Varsity secured the victory thanks to four runs in the fifth inning. Hemphill Lady Hornets Varsity big bats were led by Laken Wilkerson and Dashia, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Several Lady Hornets showed up at the plate tonight collecting 6 hits and 4 RBI’s.

Lady Hornets coming away with another W today, this one on our own Diamond 5-15 vs. Shelbyville.
The Lady Hornets walked away with 13 hits and 12 RBI’s. Freshman Bremyiah Williams led the team in hits and Senior Samantha Allman took the W finishing the game with 13 K’s.
