just landed in Reno, to spend some time with my beautiful daughter Tanya!

It can be challenging, but you honor the divine when dealing with someone who is not very nice. Sometimes we find our selves just staying quiet and not say anything. I suggest that when you find yourself in the situation, give it to the divine to deal with. Begin to look for ways to remove negative energy ( aka other people) take a deep breath, and remind yourself, you can still unconditionally love those that hurt you but you don't have to tolerate them. forgive their less than perfect behavior and move on. Forgiveness is for you, and not for them. It is so important to set personal boundaries emotional and physical. It is the best way to honor & value the divine within all of us When I find myself in these situations I will act accordingly. Waking up spiritually to your divine potential is so worth it. Love has a greater advantage even if it's a silent love.

🧒👦🏽👧🏻 The Lost Child Within~ So many secrets are all put aside, those causing sorrow are so easy to hide. The only way out is the only way in, ever reminded, mistakes for sin.

 the lost child within, was smothered with shame, grew up too quickly and carried the blame. Scars, cuts, so deeply, take longer to heal, emotion were taught not to reveal. 

So much was lost, but there’s so much to find that which destroys, we should leave them behind. What happened then is a thing of the past, the days we have now we know they will last.

 a lost child within we should fondly embrace, take time to wipe the tears from her face. Together, we know in truth, we must stand, reach out for this child, and walk hand-in-hand. 👦🏽👦🏻👧🏼

Negative third-party communication happens when people don’t consciously understand that they are responsible for their own feelings. They withhold communication about their true feelings from the person who triggers their uncomfortable feelings, and find a third-party or another person to unload on. They usually do this because they’re hoping that the third-party will agree with them and join them in judging the alleged offender.
