We would like to thank all our subcontractors working on an undisclosed site for a long-standing client and hitting 100% production last week! We celebrated this accomplishment with lunch for the site and are looking forward to hitting it again this week and having a tool raffle in addition to another team lunch. Trade partners are essential to our success, and we appreciate the work ethic and safe production leading to scheduled milestones and overall project completion. Thank you, team!

E.E. Reed – East Coast selected Jill's House to be our charitable beneficiary of 2024 meaning our teams get to partner with and serve the organization in their incredible mission to serve families raising children with intellectual disabilities . So, we invited the families of Jill’s House to the ballpark last week to enjoy the Washington Nationals! We had a great time and were happy to share the experience of a Friday night game. Thank you Joel Dillon for connecting families and sending us these awesome pictures of people having fun!

The EE Reed – East Coast team had a great time at the 2024 Real Estate Games at ! The Mid-Atlantic Chapter put on an amazing event full of fun and hustle to raise money and awareness for T1D research and a cure. With over 2,400 participants, we were happy to be a part of the team!

Hats off to our team who just completed tilt-panel er****on, in record time, and mobilized steel earlier this week on the first of four 3-story data centers on this campus! This confidential data center project is the “kitchen sink” of complexity from its phased construction on an occupied business park to the utility re-routes and design that have challenged both construction and design. Thanks to our confidential client and design teams for the partnership to get this first building out of the ground! We are excited to help breathe new life into this campus!

EE Reed – East Coast takes pride in the veterans among us. To demonstrate our appreciation for their service, we recently invited some of our best to shoot around. We work to recognize them throughout the year and are continuously looking to add more veterans to our ranks.

His dedication to furthering his education while maintaining a full-time APM position is inspirational. Plus, he's just an all-around great guy with an amazing "can do" attitude!

We raised $20,661 with the additional match for this great organization who focuses on restoring families through respite for children with intellectual disabilities. We’re kicking off Safety Week 2024!! At EE Reed - EC, we conduct various training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety drills to ensure that every employee is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their job safely. We are dedicated to creating a work environment that is free from hazards and where everyone can return home safely to their loved ones at the end of the day. Safety Week in construction is a crucial time to reinforce the importance of following proper protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all workers on site. It serves as a reminder to all employees that safety always come first, no matter the project or deadline.

Job well done to our team at Business Jet Manufacturer. The team hit a roadblock the day before substantial completion. The entire team pulled together, got 18 pallets of sod delivered to the site, invited some friends from Dogwood & Kilcor , and together started lining the pond for inspection. They were out there until 9:30 that night. Now that’s exceeding expectations!
