Our friends and fellow farmers at Raising Roots decided to feature OTHER FARMERS at their big, annual bash and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity!

If you’re only cooking boneless, skinless chicken breast, then consider giving chicken legs a try! They’re far less expensive and much more forgiving to cook. Our boys like that no fork or knife is needed… you can eat drumsticks like a caveman!

It’s not the most fun job on the farm.

But, when I’m surrounded by loving, hard-working, thoughtful friends then the exhausting task isn’t so bad.

I’m thankful to work alongside some amazing people on processing days and to offer delicious, nutrient-dense, healthy chicken for your table and ours.

Know that when you take home a shrink-wrapped chicken, it was respectfully and carefully packaged with love.

Drop by this Saturday to pick up FRESH chicken, plus we have freezers stocked with heritage pork, grass-finished beef, and your favorite chicken cuts.

What items would you like to see in a chicken/beef/pork bundle?

Make beef bone broth! Get a bag of beef bones for just $20 at truecutranch dot com or at the farm store this Saturday. We’ll be open 10am-2pm.

Step 1: Roast beef soup bones from True Cut Ranch at 400-450 degrees for 30-60 minutes until nice and roasted

Step 2: Move them to the crock pot and cover with water

Step 3: Add a little splash of vinegar plus any seasonings and veggie scraps (I use bay leaf and peppercorn)

Step 4: Turn on low and wait for delicious, nutrient-dense bone broth!
