Here is an in-depth look into on of our most recent water tower preservation projects. Still needing a stencil addition, our crew has blown this transformation so far, out of the water! (No pun intended🫠)
At Custom Coatings, Inc. we get it right the first time.
Starting with immaculate 🤌🏼 project prep, our guys made sure there were no tree 🌲 limbs obstructing their 🙅🏼♂️ way from the very bottom to the very top. This ensured full access to the water tower foundation.
From there they went straight into meticulously grinding 🧰 and sanding down any and all peeled paint or rust, then into the coating process.
Believe it or not some companies have used acrylic paint 🤯 to paint their water towers and to that we say, absolutely not. Water towers are high up in the air, exposed to chemicals 🧪from factory chimneys, extreme weather and temperatures. Acrylic paint will chip, rust and corrode in the blink of an eye. 🫢
Our Liquid-Applied Membranes have waterproofing capabilities, UV protection, rust and corrosion protection, and chemical resistance ensuring 10-15 years of longevity and great looks.

Finally, we applied a high-quality black liquid membrane coating for a stunning, long-lasting finish. Last to add is the stencil work.

Our team has been hard at work joining forces🤜🏼🤛🏼with Mars Hill University to renew and restore their pool building facility.
When our team first arrived there was plenty water damage to the ceiling 😮💨that resulted in lots of peeling, chipping, and rusting around screws, seams, and ridges.
Considering the increase in temperatures upon us, mixed with spring showers, humidity💦🌤️ is no stranger to sport facilities like this one.
Our team got to work immediately with proper prep and protection of the facilities floors, walls, and pool floor, ensuring no damage or mess to the facility.
