We just wanted to take a moment to share some photos of our most recent custom home we finished in March in Anchors Landing in Granite Falls. Like they say, "repeat business is always the best business." Or maybe "the third time's the charm" is the best one. Whichever one works best because both were the case here. We have been blessed to be working with this particular customer for the third time now, as we previously were able to build their first home, as well as their place of business too. We think this is the best one yet though as it's completely dreamy!

I'm finally finding a minute to upload another home we finished a couple of months ago for a great couple in the Paradise Harbor subdivision, in Burke County. We're really happy with how it turned out, and our customers (The Miller Family and a certain adorable goldendoodle named Zoey that I fell in love with) were a dream to work with from beginning to end. We recently had the privilege to build a new custom home to sell in the beautiful Willow Place subdivision in Hickory, NC. We were very blessed that a great family came along and decided to purchase it just as we were finishing framing it up. Since they were able to get in at the beginning stages of construction, they were able to put their own finishing touches on the decorative features of the home, and the results were beautiful!

Hello all! I've finally found some time to get some pictures posted of a custom home we finished up a few months ago in Morganton, NC for a very sweet couple. So sweet, I believe a gained a few extra pounds from all the treats I was brought regularly 😊! It was definitely our pleasure, and we always feel so very blessed and thankful to get to work with the best customers.

Hello all!

Thank you for all of the kind inquiries, but we are definitely still open for business! Due to the upcoming highway 321 expansion at our office in Hickory, it had to be unfortunately sold to the state for the project. We have since moved on from our location there. Some folks caught sight of our sign missing and had thought the worst, but we are still very much active. A little too active it seems, as we haven't been able to post here as much as we like, and keep you aware of what's going on and our upcoming projects!

Below is one example, a new home that we are putting the finishing touches on as we speak in Willow Place in Hickory. We'll hopefully be getting some more pictures up soon! Unfortunately this one is already under contract, but we'll be adding a couple of more homes for sale in there soon too!

Custom Home in Morganton is coming along nicely! Roof going on today and we’re wrapping up roughing in various trades on the inside. We can’t wait to show you some finished pics!

We recently had the opportunity to remodel a bathroom and shower for a sweet couple in Hickory, NC. The project couldn't have gone smoother! The wanted to remove a wall that separated two vanities to create a more open space and combine them into one larger vanity. While there we also replaced some flooring with new tile, and gave an older shower a bit of a facelift. A coat of fresh paint after that and the result was a brighter and lighter space that blended well with the rest of the existing bathroom. We think it turned out great! Breaking ground on a beautiful new custom home!

We recently had the opportunity to build this craftsman style home in our subdivision, Willow Place, in Hickory NC! It, thankfully, went under contract with a sweet family just as we were finishing framing it. They were able to add some personal touches of their own to the home, that really made it special. Please take a look and let us know what you think!
It boasts 2,400 heated square feet, with four Bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. The main level is light, open and airy; perfect for entertaining but with just enough divided area that each room feels like it's own. Hardwoods and moldings throughout highlight each room and give it a feeling of refined coziness.
The main level contains a vaulted Family Room, with a ship-lap and brick fireplace, that opens up to the Kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a brick backsplash, and a Breakfast Nook. Also on the main level is the Main Bedroom and Bathroom, an Office, Powder Room, built-in Pantry, and Laundry Room.
Two other well-sized Bedrooms, another full Bathroom and a fourth Bedroom/Bonus Room fills out the rest of the second level of the home. It also has an attached two car garage, a rocking chair front porch, and a large rear patio!

Sometimes you're hired for a project, and the chemistry is so nice that you wind up becoming friends. That was definitely the case here!

We were invited back to one of our homes, that was originally built in 2004, and still lived in by the original owners, to update the Kitchen and Master Bathroom.

In addition to those areas, we wound up refinishing the hardwoods throughout the main level, painting most of the rest of the home, changing out some cabinets in the other bathrooms, and updating the stairway handrailing! This project was a blast from start to finish, and in turn gave us some life long friends.

Hello all! We've finally managed to find some time to get in and edit some photos of various projects we've had the opportunity to complete over the last year, for some great customers. We hope to start sharing more often as time will allow. As always, thank you all for the kind words, shares and support!

In the meantime, please take a look at a recent Basement Finish we completed a few months back. We, and the customers, were very happy with the results.

We finished 1,400 square feet which included a full bathroom, bedroom, office space, kitchenette, family room, exercise room; and even a doggy bedroom, complete with a barn door entrance.
