As we age, we face different challenges, and we have our own unique experiences. For me, part of enjoying this journey is making choices that support my lifestyle balance, mental, and emotional health. I care about my mindset and peace of mind, as they are essential for the work I do and being a positive influence on others. I find that connecting with the elements of water, sun, wind, sound, and trees helps me nurture a healthy mind. I have many journeys going and I don't embrace secular FOMO (fear of missing out) but just the fear of missing out on what my inner Dr. G engine, my being is asking of me. Starting my Tai Chi journey has been a key part of this process; a !

I also spend time reflecting and engaging in activities that recharge my brain cells and strengthen both my frequently used and my often-neglected body parts. When we were younger, many of us participated in activities that did just that. And as we each embark on the journey of aging, we need to be kind, respectful, honest, and focused on what our minds, bodies, and souls are telling us or asking us to do.

Find the things that are a best fit for you and don't let others dictate what that should be.
