Big holiday weekend energy in High Falls!
THURSGAY - The Hudson Valley’s preeminent vegan DJ will be spinning fun tunes in the yard from 6-9pm, with drink specials and a portion of proceeds going to (rain date is FriGay)
SATURDAY - The one and only Kristin of is bringing her famed Spritz Cart back to the yard for refreshing libations from 1-3pm

Our guests tell us all the time that we have the greatest staff, and all we can say is “we know, we’re so lucky.” This business is about food, but it’s just as much about people, and since opening the doors at Ollie’s we have worked with some of the best. From the smiling faces that greet you, to the talented kitchen staff pumping out hundreds of pizzas and more with care and consistency, to the hardworking fellas in the dish pit blasting their music and keeping the wheels turning - we are so grateful and proud of our team. Our regulars know us and we know them (you!) and those relationships are what make restaurants the most special spaces in every community. Thank you all!

Happy ThursGay at Ollie’s! We’re closing in on $2000 raised for local q***r orgs since we began, and couldn’t be more proud of being able to contribute towards that work!

After some consideration with staff and community, we’ve decided to switch to a *monthly* cadence for ThursGays, rather than the weekly occurrence it has been. This will allow us to put more energy into each announced ThursGay, following through on a desire to make a more meaningful “event” each time. We’re talking: DJs, live music, staying open a bit later, special menus, collaborations, etc.

In short, it’ll allow us to upgrade what we’ve been capable of!so far, and provide a bit more of an occasion to gather for, emphasizing community as much as the fundraising for these great causes.

Excited to announce more on the first of these events soon!
