Rico is a super sweet, friendly boy who is seeking his forever home! Rico is friendly with dogs & people, and has lived with cats in the past. Rico is a medium energy dog who loves to run around and go on adventures, but can also hang out at home and have some down time. Rico is very healthy, and has no known allergies or medical concerns. He is the perfect size dog and is such a lover! Rico is kennel trained, and is pretty good on leash. He is working on all of his basic obedience and recall.

Starting to get back into shape! I’ve got big plans for Mokie as he finishes recovery and can get back to his sports and back to working! I sure love my Mokie man!

Can’t wait to get my boy back into his sport shape. I have so many plans for us when he’s fully healed and conditioned again 🥰😍 love my Mokie man!

Welcome Colonel Paws or Paws for short!

This sweet little girl is here to work on her confidence building, basic obedience, and most importantly her recall. Paws is a dog who will run when she’s scared as she’s super fearful and insecure, which can be incredibly dangerous. A scared dog with no recall can go south really fast. Our goal is to get this pint size girl a really solid recall while she’s here so if she gets nervous and is off leash the only place she’ll be running to is her moms side!

Welcome Monty!

This gentleman is here for a nice refresher for about 3.5 weeks and to work through some dog reactivity. Monty has been through another B&T program and has previously been Ecollar trained, but his dog reactivity has gotten pretty bad. We will be working through that as well as tuning up all of his basic commands and doing an e-collar refresher!

Please be cautious with all this hot weather! Your dogs are not built up and ready to be running in this heat! Pavement is HOT and can burn your dogs paws fast. Take walks early in the morning or later in the evening. Don’t do super strenuous activity/hiking in the middle of the day as heat stroke is real, so is water intoxication! So know what to look for!

Take precautions to keep your dogs safe in this summer heat!

We are doing early morning walks, indoor training, indoor treadmill, short play sessions outside in the shade with access to water and evening walks.

Summer days spent hiking with friends are the best! It’s been nice and mellow here with only Samson! Quite a nice break. July is going to be a crazy busy month!

Luka is being a great helper and is teaching Samson that being friends with dogs is pretty cool! These two hit it off really well (and by that i mean they respect each others space, there’s no conflict, and co exist beautifully!)

No need to play when you can simply be walking buddies! Not all dogs Need/want to play, and that’s okay!

We had a busy day around here!

Field trips for all three dogs to the park & Home Depot! The girls did amazing at Home Depot ignoring distractions and working in a new environment!

Welcome Samson!

This handsome pup is here for 3 weeks! We will be tackling dog reactivity, car anxiety, socializing (he’s only been away from home a handful of times in his 4 years), confidence building, and throwing in some fitness/weight loss in too 😁 one of his families goals is for him to make a few dog friends! He lives with another dog, but she doesn’t like to play with him, so i think we can find him a friend here 🙃

I can tell this one will be fun! He’s a very smart dog, food driven, and is overall a super sweet boy who just needs some guidance.

I’ve got a last minute 2 week board and train opening on June 20th!!!

Welcome Harley!

This adorable pup is one of my lesson clients! Ms Harley is here to proof all of her obedience, get fully off leash, work through some minor crate anxiety, and get really well socialized out in the world and learn to ignore all the distractions!

Welcome Grüner!

This sweet girl arrived today for her 2 week board and train and I am so excited to see where she ends up! We will be getting her to respond reliably off leash, working on impulse control, demand barking, proofing obedience, and working through some separation anxiety with the kennel.

Thank you all for being so patient with me! I’ve been on Vacation, traveled to Seattle for mokies TPLO surgery and got COVID and have been bed ridden all week. So PLEASE bear with me. It’s been a long a rough two weeks and i will be getting back to messages and emails as soon as I can.

I appreciate all my clients’ flexibility in moving around board and train drop offs this week. I am on the mend, and am thankful for the time to rest and recover.

I am so excited to get back to work and get out of bed!

Mokie will be getting his 2nd TPLO surgery on Wednesday, so he will be out of commission for a few months, and won’t be used for any demo work sadly 🥺 can’t wait to get him back up and better than ever this fall!
