Join us this Monday, 8/12, from 7:30-9:00 PM for an incredible practice session with New York native **Zach Redding**! Zach is a former NYS Champion and currently wrestles for the Division 1 Iowa State Cyclones.

But that’s not all! Next Sunday, 8/18, we’re bringing in **Youssif Hemida** to run practice. Youssif is a 2x NCAA All-American and a World Team member for the Egyptian National Team, having been a standout at the University of Maryland.

We’re excited to announce that Prime Wrestling Club will be attending the Columbus Day Duals on September 21-22 in Manheim, PA! 🏆🤼‍♂️

We’ll be facing the best competition on the East Coast and we want YOU to join us! If you’re interested, please contact Coach Restrepo through the SPORTSYOU app or by texting him at 857-354-9594.

Priority will be given to Prime Wrestling Club members for the first 48 hours, then open to all. This is on a first come, first serve basis, so act fast!
