Hey thereā¦.šš¼ wanted to share a bit more about me on this Christmas Eve Eve š
This is one of my fave pics from the Fall, hangin with my ā¤ļø, my biggest supporter, and the one who makes certain that I LAUGH daily & often. Grateful for this guyš.
I am the Bā¢Eā¢Sā¢T time sucker there is or so I thinkš-cue laundry and vacuuming as my go to distractor /avoidance technique -from anything including getting my to doās for work projects completed, even finishing a chapter in a current book Iām reading or finishing a podcast Iām listening to.
A close 2nd would be anything Bellaš¶ related. Sheās my baby, my pal and my protector. š. Life is never dull with her around and my heart explodes with love for she and Tim.
Have I mentioned I love to do laundryš. True story. Even the folding and putting away. Makes. Me. Happy.
Now with that said, my knowledge of time hacks and time savers plus productivity tips is incredible (I use them on myselfš). Dm me and Iāll share one of my faves thatās worked wonders for me!
Give me a comfy pair of joggers over a dress šmost dayās (major exceptions include summer timeāļø & special events).
I lived a half a block from the Pacific Ocean šfor over 6 years while out on the West Coast. I miss the ocean & my LA friends daily, I donāt tell them this enough either. š
I officially got into health and wellness back in 2007 and havenāt looked back. Itās what wakes me up out of bed EVERY single morning. To date Iāve attended at least 21 different certification programs in various areas of coaching, nutrition, movement & regeneration; of course Iām already looking forward to the next. Always a student craving to learn more about what I can share with all to create a healthier community.
I do my best thinking on walks with our sweet Bella š¶, in the shower or in the middle of the night when Iām wide awake. Need a waterproof note taker for the shower though to write down my ideas.š§
Sleep š“doesnāt always come easy for meā¦.itās another area I personally work on as sleep hygiene is SO important for overall wellness. Happy to share pop on a call if this is you as well.

This. Is. Me.
1. Movement is medicine for me, and why I share it with others.
2. Naturesā beauty no matter the season leaves me breathless. šš»š²
3. The ocean waves šsoothe me like no other as does the light of the moon and stars. šš«
4. I am a recovering perfectionist, if I am not in ācontrolā - some days more than others can be a HUGE struggle.
5. I love to be alone and in quiet with my breath and even my thoughts, YET I crave meaningful social interaction. I dare say I am an introverted extrovert (& yes assessments have said as much too).š§š»āāļø
6. I have 3 tattooās, one by far the most meaningful and a major reason I am so passionate about preventative wellness.
7. My nieces and nephew are the āØof my life, AND I donāt tell them enough how special they are to me.
8. My heart explodes with so much love every morning I wake and cuddle with my š¶ as well as every time I come home and she greets me &/ or my partner.
9. Both the kindness and the violence in the world bring me to my knees.
10. I love to read but donāt always make enough time to do so. You should see my stack of books to read and reread. š
11. Food is my fuel. Fav foods include š„š®šš£š«š„š„¬š & šŖand no I donāt eat healthy ALL the time, I enjoy my meals and yet strive for balance.

Hey therešš¼ā¦.itās been a bit since I shared some tidbits about me, I wanted to take my next few posts to do just that!
ā¢First, a favorite quote of mine, one that you will find written in my office on a crinkled sticky note in plain sight for me to see (yes the original sticky note, that traveled with me from LA to MI about 4.5 years agoš -sentimental value from when I first wrote it down which means itās AT LEAST 7-8 years old maybe more š).
ā¢Anywhoo, when checking with the infamous google you will find a number of individuals attributed to saying a version of it. My fave version goes like so:
āBe kinder than necessary for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.ā
This speaks to my soul, now more than ever. This is my each day, now letās be real itās difficult & I am 110% a work in progress, some days are better than others, yet each day I show myself a bit a grace and try again. Iām on a journey and one I choose to take on until my last breath. Why? Life is itself can be difficult, beautiful, boring, it can downright suck, it can be freaking amazing and everything in between!āØPlus my story is not your story; instead of judge, criticize, assume, & get angry, I choose to BE KIND. š
ā¢If my kindness makes someone else smile well, thatās a great freaking moment for all; I donāt see it as a weakness I see it as my strength. Side note: this wasnāt my original post for today, however every time I opened any type of social media today, the first post was always about kindness, I took the hint the universe was pushing me to be flexible and change my plan so I didšplus I hope this gave you some insight into who I am. š«

ā¢Consistently showing up and doing the work = results = ALL the positive changes we want to happen for the long haul BUT it takes time & grace right?! Wellness is a journey.
ā¢I know, it can be super frustrating, especially if you feel like you donāt have the time or energy. (Iāve got you with these hesitations as well but letās save that for another post, or better yet, DM me and we can set up a complimentary 30 min discovery call).
