•2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
•2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•¼ cup dry sherry

•1 can coconut milk
•2 cans of Golden mushroom soup
•2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
•½ teaspoon Kosher salt

Prep the ingredients
1. Place the shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle in some Old Bay. Set aside.

7. Increase heat to medium-high; add the onions, bell peppers, celery, and carrots, and, Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
8. After the onions begin to soften, about 3 minutes, sprinkle in the Gluten Free flour and mix well.
9. Next add the Worcestershire sauce, sherry, chicken stock, and golden mushroom soup, coconut milk, all the dried herbs, and green onions to the pot and stir constantly until thoroughly combined.
10. As soon as you see a simmer starting around the edges, lower the heat to simmer.
11. Sprinkle in your fresh basil, cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes, stirring often your soup will thicken slightly.
