They will use your cameras to determine if there is an actual crime taking place and are able to dispatch the police. They can also use an optional speaker to talk to whoever is on site.

The home owner will get real-time notifications and video clips to keep them informed of what is happening at the property. However if they for some reason MISS the notification, the agents at the monitoring station are already working on the issue.
