📚 Meet Our President: Mrs. Shana M.C. Tong '83 📚 Spartans — Please join us in wishing a blessed Happy Birthday to the heart of our institution, Mrs. Tong! With over 33 years of serving the Maryknoll community, Mrs. Tong has been instrumental in guiding the school's vision and mission. Mrs. Tong's journey with Maryknoll began in her formative years, having been a Maryknoll "lifer" since Kindergarten. She furthered her education at the University of Hawaii, earning a BA in speech and communications. Her passion for teaching led her to pursue a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership from Gonzaga University and another Master's in Educational Leadership from Chaminade University. Reflecting on her connection to Maryknoll, Mrs. Tong shared, "Maryknoll is a place where children are supported in their faith and character leadership, academics, socially, and emotionally. It is a loving community where great memories are made."
