And here’s the final version of the one that sold last week!

07/29/2024

Another painting sold today to one of my friends and collectors! I am so excited for her!!!

07/27/2024

“Hillside Flowers” has sold before it is even off the easel! She saw it on the floor leaning against the wall with my other unfinished paintings and asked me to text her a picture of it when I finished it. I almost finished it today and will finish tomorrow in my gallery and wanted to show her almost finished (so she could have first right of refusal). Sold! I will finish it tomorrow, frame it, hang it up, with a red dot until she comes in a few days to pick it up! I love my job!!!

Just hung this one up for sale in my gallery! Thought I wasn’t finished with it but had several artist friends say “stop!!!” I liked the abstract-ness of it but just wasn’t sure until now! I’m calling it “Aspen Surprise”. 12x12 but in frame the whole thing is 18x18. Available! PM me if interested!

Beautiful views at Hood River Lavender on Wednesday. Got a couple of sketches on panels and photos that day and today blocked in local colors and ready for the palette knives and more paint on Sunday!

Ok, regarding my logo development…your feedback has been invaluable! I thank you all! Here’s my dilemma: my logo needs to reflect me and the three regions I spend time and show (or hopefully show😘) my work in. That would be the Pacific Northwest, the desert Southwest, and Greece. So, with your great feedback and the broad nature of my regions, I have another idea! Stay tuned!!!🎨💃💕

Working on a logo! Top half of circle would be sky blue, bottom half water blue, red orange poppy blossoms, and black or dark green fir trees. Not sure about the mountain shadows. Supposed to be a graphic logo! Any helpful suggestions?

The new Columbia Gorge Artists League is having our 2nd meeting! We are moving around the gorge to include all the visual artists in our region! Tuesday, October 3, at 6:30pm at The Dalles Public Library in the Community Room. For beginners through professionals, this is a way to connect with other artists and share ideas, marketing, demonstrations, and more! We’ve only just begun (thank you Karen Carpenter!) so pass the word around and come be a part of something new and (hopefully) monumental in The Gorge!
