This is where we live now. 😆 Look further in at who else is enjoying the cool water. 🥰 The water has cleared up so much and the fish are warming up super fast. We’ve been careful with them, not making a lot of fast movements. They swim right around Benjamin’s legs which he thinks is the coolest thing. He’s such a gentle little boy. 💙 Benjamin and Samantha each have their own fish food cup that they get to fill to a certain line to feed them every day. What an amazing addition to our space. I know I’m going to just enjoy it more and more each day. 🩵🥰

We are searching for a self-motivated, responsible individual to join our property maintenance crew with intent to take on a leadership role, and grow into managing our overall maintenance division.
Being part of our maintenance team includes:
- Understanding the Seasonal needs of each client's property
- Maintaining our standards of workmanship and detail in tasks being performed such: Weekly mowing, Spring and Fall Property cleanups, Pruning and care of shrubs and trees, identifying and removing weeds from planting beds
- Proper handling, use, and care of equipment that we use to perform service including trucks, hand tools, mowers, and construction equipment
- Performing tasks efficiently and in a professional manner
- Working and cooperating with and being supporting of other team members
We are also looking to grow our Garden and water Feature construction crew as well.
We offer paid training and paid educational opportunities as well.
As an established local and family-owned Lawn and Landscape Company since 1986, we offer high-quality property maintenance and value our employees. We understand the need to advance and have a secure and sustainable career and offering the opportunity for that to the right person/people.
Initial requirements to interview:
- Valid Driver's License
- Transportation to and from our office located in Horsham, Pa
- Highschool GED
Prior experience is not required for first time Laborer position
-$15/hr starting pay with opportunity for quick advancements based on performance and working at least 1 full month
Minimum Qualification for Crew Leader:
- 2 Years experience and understanding of operating tools, equipment, and driving Commercial Equipment
- Clean Driving record
- DOT Medical Card

$18-22 starting pay based on prior experience with references
4 paid holidays during the working season
Health-care reimbursement

Additional benefits package available after working with the company for 1 full season
