💃: Persembahan Bengkulu Dance (Sekapur Sirih Dance)
To start each and every occasions or when greeting honorable guest, then most of all time there would be a "Welcoming Dance" performed. In Bahasa it is called "Tari Persembahan" or "Tari Sekapur Sirih".
There would be a group of female dancers (ranging from 5 to more than 10) usually with same costumes, except one center point dancer- who is tasked to bring the cerana/betel leaves container later given to the guest- is wearing grander costume.
