As a small business owner I try my best to make the customer happy. This customer ordered another tumbler from me even after the last one I made her wasn't my best work. Yet she still trusted me to try my hand at another one and I truly appreciate that. So not only did I put my all into that cup I also decided to throw in a matching shirt as a thank you 💜 I still have so much perfecting to do with my craft but its customers like her that give me hope!
