Ms. Glen's Kitchen is at it again. This time with a little help from my husband ❤️ We bought a duck a few weeks ago, and talked about smoking it in the smoker. Well today was the day. My intention was to stuff it with crawfish and shrimp jambalaya. Unfortunately I couldn't. My husband ate all of the shrimp and crawfish 😂 So, I decided to make a spicy sausage and rice dressing.... yummy 😋. I seasoned my duck and made the dressing. My hubby put it in the smoker. Two hours later....voila😍 If you never had duck before you are missing out

Ms. Glen's completed the assignment y'all. Just got through setting up the food at the event I catered today. I made collard greens, sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese, baked chicken, fried chicken, and corn bread muffins. Ms. Glen's Kitchen...from my ❤️ to your table.

I was shopping this morning in HEB for catering event I have tomorrow and I came across this. This broke my heart because I will never be able to afford oxtails again 😢 and this was a pack of 10 thin sliced oxtails 😭😭😭😭😭😭 So if you ask Ms Glen's Kitchen to cater an event an want oxtails do not cry when give you the bill😏

One of my clients came to me pretty much at the last minute begging me to make a appetizer for her and a couple of friends. I had to come up with something quick ....so here it is.... bacon wrapped shrimp with a garlic red pepper flake maple glaze 😋 and yes they were a big! Hit!!! So, I live in Houston Texas, and as you all know we are preparing ourselves for Hurricane Laura. I thought I would prepare a Hurricane dinner for me and my husband.
