“We’re ready to ! Get on your back!” We’ve seen it in all the movies…but what if I told you there are other (and more favorable) to push?
First thing’s first, knees in, ankles out. This allows your pelvis to open wider, which allows more space for 👶
Next, gravity is your friend! 👍 When we are on our backs, gravity is working against us. Make your more efficient by getting upright!
Finally, make sure your spine is neutral for a more direct line of force from the diaphragm to the pelvic floor. 😤
