Dear friends,family and customers,

Today is my first day back from vacation so sorry if I have not gotten back to you yet. Thankfully the good Lord took us far away from the hurricane but i watched as many of you endured the storm and suffered and incurred damages knowing what I would inevitably come back to find myself. What a mess!!!

Many of you have reached out for needed repairs and I am truly grateful and hopefully I can help you rebuild, but I really must put this out there as to as to provide clarity on how I can help you move forward.

1. Unfortunately I am not an insurance fire/flood damage contractor. You see these guys show up anytime a storm hits. That is not my business model. I am local and here all the time. I am happy to give you a quote and do the work, but you must hire an adjuster to fight your claim should you have one. I would recommend you do not try to negotiate with the ins company on your own, you will not come out ahead. Let a professional do it it’s for your benefit!

2. I am not able to provide handy man service. Meaning if you have a piece of fence down or a couple of missing shingles or a door painted, I am not the right contractor for you. You would be better off for small things hiring a handyman which would be more economical for you. Same situation if you needed and electrician or AC guy. I am however, happy to cut up and haul off down trees if you need it.

3. If you need part of your house rebuilt, complete new roof, whole home painting, a kitchen, bath or full remodel of your home or business or just a complete new custom home or building, I am the right contractor for your project. This is is my specialty.

This project was a major overhaul! From tear down of the garage and half the house’s roof to a 1400 sq ft addition with a 640 sq ft covered outdoor kitchen and entertainment area.
