First time with weighted pull ups. I try to avoid putting lots of pressure on my arms due to the fact that I am simply not use to weighted pull ups yet. Therefore itโs a process that Iโm still assimilating and I need to make sure I stay injury free in order to keep progressing.
First time with weighted dips. I used 25 lbs due to the fact that I am still very new to it, and the weight was convenient for me, therefore I avoid putting too much pressure on my arms in order to stay Injury free.
