Look at the “crowd” at Disney Springs this morning! Morning time is the perfect time to visit Disney Springs on your leisure day for some early shopping, followed by a nice lunch at one of the many great restaurants.

And no trip to Disney Springs would be complete without a stop at Gideon’s Bakehouse to pick up some famous and delicious cookies. It’s worth a visit even to see the decor inside the bakery.

Today is the grand reopening of the 1900 Park Fare restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. I wish I had made a reservation 😟
