November marks the 6th and 3rd anniversaries of Melissa Cain and Richard Hipps, respectively in our Katy TX office.

Numbers don't tell the whole story, though.

Melissa was our first employee in Katy joining Robyn Pye to build a presence in the Katy area for MPA. We have yet to find something that Melissa cannot do.

Richard brings a dry wit and an unpretentious personality to the Katy office, both of which go a long way when the hours are long and stress levels could be elevated.

Both Melissa and Richard live our two most important core values - Family Comes First, and We Have Fun.
