8-unit Multifamily for 450k NOI is 62K: Under Contract;

62-key hotel for 1.3 mil NOI is 299k: Walking property tomorrow; looking to put under contract by Friday;

71-key hotel for 6.8 mil NOI is 775K:s deal. I can provide documentation just need POF of 1.7m as I have loan to cover remaining amount secured then we can get under contract.

240-unit multifamily for 20 mil NOI is approx. 1.2mil: Finished underwriting; sent off to seller waiting to confirm asking price;

44 acres for 7mil to build a new subdivision: Walked confirmed price is neg. building subdivision; Discussed an additional 34 acres of I-10 Frontage road for commercial/ retail

56-key hotel on auction starting bid is $900k NOI is currently $523K;

Current project(s) as a whole:
Project Purchase Price: 27,050,000 (Not including 44 acres and the 56-key hotel)
Current NOI: $2,336,000 (Not including 44 acres and the 56-key hotel)

8-unit apartment under contract value added for 450k ; updating complex to accept section 8 payments for guaranteed rent;

62-key hotel for 1.3 mil NOI is 299k:
Walking property next week. Then putting under contract next week;

71-key hotel for 6.8 mil NOI is 775K:
Confirmed lending on 60%, seller accepted LOI; if anybody wants a good amount of equity on this deal. I can provide documentation just need POF of 1.7m then we can get under contract.

240-unit multifamily: Carrollton GA,
20m meeting next week with seller to get under contract;

44 acres for 7mil to build a new subdivision: Walking land next week;

Submitting offer for exceptional performing hotel in Houston on FM 1960 tomorrow
