Looking at Art Tours to Continue

After the sudden and unexpected death of Marshal Lightman this summer, his wife Victoria Lightman has decided to continue the Looking At Art tours this Fall as a tribute to his passion for art and artists. Named Art Patron of the Year by Art League Houston, Marshal had served as board president of the Houston Arts Alliance and served for more than twenty years on the Core Fellow Committee at the MFAH.

Our last week of Looking At Art tours until July....great turnout on Tuesday evening despite the flash flood warnings! We started at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft with curator Kathryn Hall...and then onto a private collection.... On Wednesday evening, we visited an amazing private collection... and on Thursday morning, we visited HCCC once again with curator Kathryn Hall, then to artist Luisa Duarte's studio.... Thanks everyone for participating!!
