Team L4L District Championships 2023
🎉HUGE CONGTRATULATIONS🎉 Today we are celebrating all of our L4L Martial Arts Competition Team Members who competed in the ATA’s South District Championships this weekend! We are SO proud of our students for having the: 🔵 Commitment to work hard all year long 🔵 Courage to step up & compete under pressure 🔵 Compassion to support each other along the way 🥇 And for all the medals and titles, too!

We're happy to be part of such positive changes in children's lives and to be able to provide family relationships so strength!

It is very noticeable the impact of martial arts in adults’ lives that have practiced them from a young age. The classes will help children practice their physical and mental health for the future. Each lesson has the objective to make them stronger, resilient and responsible with their own lives.

Believe! The first step to achieve your goals is to believe in yourself. When we have positive views about our abilities and performance we will have better chances to make them come true. Always have in mind that you can do it, you believe in yourself and you will give it your best!

Luis Ceballos is Marco’s father, our student. The benefits to the body and mind were some of the reasons that motivated him to initiate Marco in the martial arts training journey. It is a good and correct way to teach kids how to tackle situations like bullying at school and learning about self defense and self-control. His family observed that the most prominent change in Marco’s behavior was his discipline. The teachings of independence and responsibility promoted a change in his actions at home, and he now does his chores without anyone asking. He is also being described as a proactive student at school. Luis is sure that his son will have an outstanding future, but he also told us that watching his son following and honoring these values helps him to reinforce them in his own conduct. Outstanding results come from outstanding action! We are honored to have Marco in our L4L Family!

Recognizing value and celebrating the victory of others is a noble act, a humble act that is present in all great masters. Be happy for others and do not foster unnecessary competitivity. Be the friend you would like to have! #leadership #respect #martialarts #leaders4life

Eduardo Almeida is Lorena’s father, our student is 4 years old. Her main goal was to learn more about discipline, and is the main reason she joined L4L. We asked her father if he noticed any changes in behavior, at home or at school, after Lorena joined L4L and started learning martial arts. He told us that he notices changes in self-control and that he never saw her replicating fighting techniques or self-defense anywhere else but in our gym. He shares his belief that Lorena’s martial arts practice will help her develop into a respectful adult, ready to deal with emotional challenges, anxiety and that she will become a woman that trusts in herself. Eduardo Almeida shared his views on how martial arts can impact someone’s life. He believes them to be more than recreational sports, but a philosophy that will aid you in a journey of knowledge. It goes beyond being a fun experience for children, but martial arts can also teach us about spirituality, control over our own body and how to apply such skills to real life situations. It is something to improve our very essence! We are honored to have Lorena in our L4L Family!

Our philosophy is grounded in values that aid children to become more resilient, responsible, strong and secure. The future will be forged by them, we want to incentivize them to become better everyday!

Alex’s father is very proud of his son’s development at Leaders 4 Life. He talked about his conduct as a person, including respect, the way he talks to adults and his peers, and how discipline and the structure of the classes and the academy presented him with an opportunity to grow as a person. He mentioned that his son is full of drive and initiative, not only to achieve a higher black belt degree, but to become a Taekwondo instructor and an integral part of the L4L community. He mentioned to all parents that might be on the fence about L4L to come and see what our classes are all about, so that you don’t miss out on an amazing opportunity to enhance your child’s development of real life skills! We’re honored to have Alex in our L4L Family!

The environment at our school is created to help kids develop the skill set of a real life leader. We strive to build confidence and enable our students to improve their physical abilities, personal development, and their social skills.

We are so happy to know that we’ve created a comfortable environment for kids to be in. They’ll find it a great place to enjoy physical activities and build confidence! #kidseducation #kidsbehaviour #childdevelopment #happykids #l4lmartialarts #l4lsports #leaguecity
