Amongst many of its uses, the pulsed dye laser (PDL) is a rockstar for treating rosacea. By targeting red blood cells in vessels, it heats the vessels up and destroys them. Treating these large and small vessels helps improve the redness seen in rosacea. While there is some immediate improvement in redness, it can take several weeks to see the final result. Optimal results are achieved with a series of treatment sessions spaced several weeks apart and periodic maintenance treatments are required since rosacea is a chronic condition.

Stretch marks are difficult to treat. We do not know why some people develop them, yet others do not. ✨ Stretch marks tend to appear after rapid growth. They are common around the biceps of weightlifters, around the breasts and hips of young women during puberty, and on the abdomen of women after pregnancy.
