Wow ! Just about a month and we are open!! The crew looks great, the Pickle carts look amazing and we are excited!! This year at the joust location we will have some delicious treats besides our delicious clean dill pickles. We will be offering our wicked pickle fare. Hot and spicy Pickles, Garlic pickles, pickled okra, bread & butter horseradish , bread & butter ranch and some other specials.

Other news- We have bought a Brick & Mortar Restaurant in (old) Magnolia! It is Pengus's Place, a British/ American / Seafood. It's small, but boy, is the food good! We are offering FOF and Participant discounts so come on by when you are in town. We are open Thursday- Sunday ( Planning on opening Mondays during fair) Check out our FB Page or our website!
