We attempted to pass through the Lost Lands security checkpoint with thousands of drug test kits…
and for the first time in YEARS, we successfully made it through! This is a huge win not only for us but for the harm reduction community as a whole.🙌
Typically, we’ve had to sneak in during the dead of night to avoid festival security, risking the confiscation of our lifesaving test kits and potential legal trouble. This isn’t something we want to do, but when we try to obtain a vending license, we receive no response.
The stress of sneaking around not only takes a toll on our team but also diverts energy from the critical work we’re there to do. Yet, for years, this has been our only option to ensure test kits make it onto the premises.
What we’re witnessing is a monumental shift—harm reduction and drug testing services are evolving from being criminalized to becoming an essential part of rave and festival culture, as they should be.
This progress is thanks to every single person who supports harm reduction, takes the time to educate others, and practices drug safety. After 13 years of working toward this, we owe it all to the community and individuals who truly care. Without you, we’d still be a one-person team testing out of a backpack instead of reaching thousands over the course of a few days.

🚨An alarming trend has emerged with “mushroom-infused” edibles causing severe illnesses, seizures, and even comas. Despite a recall of Diamond Shruumz brand edibles, investigations continue to find potentially dangerous “mushroom” products on shelves.

How we got started
The Bunk Police were founded in 2011 when the flood of “research chemicals” had just begun – we the first test kit company in the U.S. and now proudly lead the worldwide market in research and innovation, having acquired and evaluated nearly every novel psychoactive substance currently on the market.
We certainly had humble beginnings – throwing duffel bags full of test kits over fences in the middle of the night at music events in the name of harm reduction. Now we’ve evolved into an initiative that spans the globe and has a significant impact on the substance market as a whole.
We’ve worked tirelessly to set up manufacturing facilities in strategic locations on multiple continents enabling us to put a test kit in your hands quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price – no matter where you reside.
