I’ve decided that my personal life mission in 2018 is to Enjoy The Journey.
I was going through life so caught up in goal planning, trips to look forward to, achieving big goals, etc. That's not what life is really about though. The key to happiness is to enjoy the moments, the process, everyday occurrences, etc.; enjoy the journey, not just the destination! Stop and smell the roses. Stop and take deep breaths every day. Go for a walk. Listen to a stream. Appreciate everyday moments. Celebrate every success, even small ones. Enjoy where you are. Enjoy who you are. Appreciate your friends, fans, family, and supporters! (Enjoy who you are with. If you're not enjoying their company and their friendship isn't mutually beneficial, it's time to break free of the anchors dragging you down. Life's too short and too special to waste like that.) Being grateful for what you have and who you are is critically important.
What are you grateful for today? What rocks your world (in the good way)? What made your journey special today? What do you need to change to be able to say, "I'm livin' the dream!"? For most people, the answer is just attitude and mindset.
