Thanks to inspiration from phenomenal artists such as Brian Haberlin , I decided to spend the weekend learning a bit about the 3D program, Blender. The goal is to have more accurate reference models handy to import in to ClipStudio, but the work it would take to really learn the software then make them, ehhhh just dunno if it's worth it.
Over the course of several hours on two days I used a recent drawing as the "model" for my doodling about and went from only being able to create the white faced apparition on Saturday, to producing the half-decent Orc head on Sunday.
Some photos of the screen are attached as I haven't had time to dive into the rendering settings and tweak things in order to generate better high resolution output. All in all, not bad for my first crack at it.
