Led by our senior trainers, we offer a 3-part relational approach combining online group workshops, 1:1 coaching and digital content to guide you through your transformation.

- Introductory Group Webinar – An opportunity to connect with the group and your coach to ensure that you have everything you need for the journey.
- Weekend Immersive Group Webinar – An introductory experience of the foundational philosophy of this work and a life-changing experience of finding authentic authorty and clarity.
- 11 x one-on-one coaching sessions with a Transformation Coach – One on one sessions with experienced facilitators guiding you through and deepening your transformation journey.
- Lumina Spark psychometric tool and coaching session – to provide a unique portrait of who you really are, increase self-awareness & reveal potential.
- 2 x Monthly Group Webinars – Learn new tools to deepen your ability to respond to life’s challenges with a clear mind and open heart.
- Completion Group Webinar – We ask you to share valuable feedback about your journey so that both you and us can reflect on all you have experienced.

UNCONSCIOUS BIAS WORKSHOP
- Exploring Our Blindspots -
Saturday August 3, 2024

Vijay Reddy and Beth McAlpine will be leading a 3 hour online pilot workshop to support us to wake up to our blindspots. We will bring into personal awareness our individual, cultural and institutional prejudices that create division.

Come and explore in global community how we can move into a state of connection, freedom and open-heartedness, with ourselves and each other. Let’s build bridges between diverse groups to foster a sense of belonging and safety for all.

This , we raised nearly $10,000....meaning we now have the funds available to complete the new website and make a start on developing marketing materials!

This will bring a refreshed public-facing website and marketing content which communicates more clearly who we are and what we offer through our courses.

Once again this year, More To Life is participating in the fundraising initiative . This traditionally raises funding for projects outside the operating budget which moves More To Life forward strategically.

This year, we are raising money to fund three projects focused on Raising our Visibility - marketing projects that create resources for our offerings to be more easily discovered in the public domain and connect us with potential students.
