J.B.I.A., LLC is honored to share Principle Designer - Jessica Brown's work as the Lead Set Designer for the O'Shea "Words Or Bullets?" TV Series and Cinematic Universe. Jessica has taken on this production project in both design and fashion; also exhibiting her flair for patterns, textures and color as the Lead Wardrobe Consultant.

We are getting asked "Do we have to cut that section out?"

Answer: YES

The drywall may "seem" ok but it is imperative you have someone who knows how to track the water.

Prime example here. The homeowner really didnt want to cut beneath or between the windows, felt it was unnecessary. But the carpet was soaked all the way through the room. If the carpet is wet, it is not alone.

Once we cut open the walls they soon saw and understood exactly what we had explained to them.

Finally. We have seen a TON of exterior hose bibs be the cause of interior flooding. If you have a spricket that is leaking... get your inside inspected!

Why is it taking so long?

Answer:
The entire city is rupturing. That is a lot of piping. Supply is low. In addition, crews/employees are leaving our master plumbers to go make side money on their own.

FAQ:
I found somebody for less, why the discrepancy?

Answer:
Are they licensed and bonded? A quick buck in their pocket leaves your job uncared for with no repercussions should their work fail you. Do you want to go through this all over again?

FAQ:
Can you fix the drywall right away?

Answer: We can but won't. We will schedule the reconstruction after we have safely removed all damaged areas and allowed proper air flow and breathability to prevent future problems with black mold and mildew. This is Houston ya'll. It's supposed to be warm next week... where do you suppose all the water is going to go if trapped in the walls/floors?
